Are your Facebook ads getting rejected? Have you worked really hard to get your ads perfect by curating your images, checking your copy is well written and ensuring your target audience is selected, and still, your ad hasn’t been approved? Massimo Chieruzzi on Hootsuite has put together a set of rules that you can follow to help your ads get accepted.
So, why are your Facebook ads always getting rejected? Primarily because Facebook rejects ads that are in violation of its long list of rules and policies.
Massimo explains Facebook’s Ad rules and its review process. If you are willing to invest a bit of reading time, then Massimo’s Facebook Ads Review 101 may help you to get your ads accepted and even speed up the “pending review” time period.
- Facebook ad reviews can take between 5 minutes to 2 days.
- Submitting your ads between 8am – 8pm PST on working days should ensure faster review times with mornings tending to work even better.
- Facebook ads are human reviewed and as such can be a subjective decision. You can resubmit if you think your ad fulfills all the rules although, doing it too many times, will see it flagged for further inspection so tread carefully.
“Once your ad is created, it ends up in a review queue where a team of highly trained Facebook employees will review it and then either approve or reject it.”
